Prices are per apartment per night. Prices will vary according to number of occupants.

Tourist tax:

The tourist tax (for age 14 upward) is not included in the price of your stay, and has to be paid separately on site.

Deposit:

A deposit of 30% of the cost of your stay is required at time of booking.

Booking:

Your reservation becomes binding when you receive written confirmation.

Cancellation policy:

• You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 months prior to your arrival date.
• For cancellations in the period between 3 months and 1 month prior to arrival: we charge 40% of the total cost of the stay.
• For cancellations in the period between 1 month and 1 week prior to arrival: we charge 70% of the total cost of the stay.
• For cancellations in the last week prior to arrival, we charge 90% of the cost of the stay.
• In the event of early departure, we still charge the total cost of the stay.

Holiday cancellation insurance:
To avoid payment of the above fees in cases of cancellation, late arrival or early departure, we advise our guests to take out travel insurance. It is easy to calculate your premium and book insurance through the European Travel Insurance Group website.

Opening period:
We are open all year round.

Cleaning:
We apply a €50 surcharge for the final cleaning of the apartment.

Check-in / check-out
Check in: from 3pm to 7pm. For arrival after 7pm we ask for a brief notification. Please vacate your apartment by 10:00 a.m. on your day of departure.

Late check-out
Unless stated otherwise, you can ask to extend your occupancy of the apartment until 6:00 p.m. on your day of departure, with payment of a €50 surcharge.

Pets
Pets are welcome in our specially designed apartments, but strictly by previous request and subject to availability.
We charge a supplement of €20 per day for dogs and other pets, excluding food. We reserve the right to charge an additional €50 for final cleaning, and also to use your insurance policy for any damage caused by your pet.

For smokers
Please note that smoking is not allowed in the apartments and in all common areas. We provide ashtrays on the balconies and terraces.
